Rita Sloan is a consultant working on SEC compliance for Joseph P. Lucia & Associates, LLC.  Rita has worked in the Financial Industry for over 40 years.  In her capacity as Vice President in the Finance Department of a major financial company, she was responsible for budgeting and expense management for a department of 240 employees as well as managing the compensation and promotion processes.  Prior to this, Rita managed an Accounts Payable department responsible for over $800 million in payments, and oversaw the New York State Abandoned Property process.   She has conducted multi-state regulatory audits for Accounts Payable and NYS Abandoned Property processes.
